Kara is a Research & Resource Executive at Perceptor, supporting the delivery of executive search across a range of leadership assignments. She plays an active role in research and candidate management, supporting consultants throughout the search process and contributing to thoughtful, well‑executed outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
Kara graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science, Psychology and has both worked internationally and travelled extensively. These experiences continue to inform the way she connects with people and approaches her work.
Outside of Perceptor, Kara is a passionate snow boarder and enjoys spending time with friends and family whilst following the AFL.
