Having qualified in London as a Scottish Chartered Accountant, Ian commenced his recruitment career in Sydney in 1994, specialising in sourcing high-calibre talent for senior Finance roles across a range of industry sectors.
In 1999, he founded Perceptor and has led the CFO Practice since then, building an extensive and trusted network through strong personal relationships and a relentless focus on delivering value to clients and candidates.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Ian is a proven specialist in Senior Finance & Commercial Leadership roles.
